One of my responsibilities is developing key engagement and education strategies to build employers’ capabilities in implementing fair and progressive practices. This would include promoting NWC guidelines with new curriculum and programmes to encourage adoption among employer. I am also tasked to identify key partnerships to increase knowledge of trends and best practices to keep content relevant and practicable to employers. I am also to ensure successful delivery of resources across various platforms to reach different target groups of employees. I also manage the quality and reach of programmes to support overall corporate customer service standards.

I manage and coordinate WSQ and non-WSQ workshops for Professionals, Managers and Executives in Medical, Legal, Engineering, Enforcement and Education fields. I prepare proposals and contracts for international and local businesses. I manage and supervise the training department to ensure that the organisation's training standards is met. In addition, I review, develop and implement SOPs, policies, guidelines and training contents.

It is also important to engage various stakeholders across the organisation and subject matter experts in the development of training programmes to ensure relevance and quality. I manage WSQ accreditation, SkillsFuture Fundings and SkillsFuture Framework.  I also do budgeting to monitor and control the costs associated with training and ensure that costs are within the approved budget.

Passionate in teaching and learning, I ventured into education. Conducted various successful projects. Played various roles such as an educator, project manager, finance officer and relationship manager. Conducted effective lessons that engaged students and this was evident in the marked improvement in students' grades. My tested customised lessons to address the needs of special group of students are used by my colleagues.
