A bit about myself:
I have more than 17 years of work experience in the following sectors, public service (Manpower & Education), and adult education training. In my career, I am blessed to have worked and learnt under incredible leaders and mentors. Over the years, I found my calling in training and development. With my background in teaching and being ACTA & DACE certified, I can deliver and develop programs to address my learners' learning needs.

My experience in heading a team, allows me to sharpen my leadership skills and strategic planning. I strongly believe that strengthening my team's knowledge and skills would results in higher accountability and productivity.

I hold an MBA, a PGD in Education and a BSc in Business with Psychology. Using what I have learnt, I work with my stakeholders to streamline work processes and implement strategies for better impact and customer experience.
My achievements include developing a framework for the mediation certification which was adopted by SIMI. I revamped the accreditation and certification process in my previous job and this translated to a 100% decrease in enquiries and complaints. The assessment rubrics and process is more robust and objective. I have contributed two papers to the teaching fraternity. I was also warded with two PS Commendation Medals for services rendered in MOM. In addition, I have also produced an instructional video for Migrant Workers and oversaw a successful job-matching service between migrant workers and local companies.
